How To Manufacture Mattress Pocket Spring in factory Workshop?
First: The Raw Materials must be of quality, It includes three raw Materials to make Mattress Pocket springs: Carbon Steel, Non-Woven Fabric, and Colloidal Particles.
*It needs high-grade Carbon Steel, otherwise, it can’t be recovered after unboxing.
*Good Non-Woven Fabric is necessary too: it requires at least 60 grams of density.
*Environmental Colloidal Particles are used to adhsive the pocket springs with each other.
Second: The Pocket Springs are manufactured by Automatic Spring Machine.

Third : Workers will Cut the Pocket Spring to the Customized Length, Process the Adhesived procedure.
- One point is to Cut the sizes of Pocket Spring, and it need to Put the different Wire Dia Spring to combine a zoned pokcet spring(If necessary )
- The other point is to Adhesive the up&Down Materials. Usually, there are two kinds of materials : 1. Non-Woven Fabric up&Down. 2. Contton Felt Up&Down
Then a whole Mattress Pocket Spring Come Out .
The Four Step : Bordering (If Necessary) .
- To reinforce the Edges , the most usual way is to bordering a strong steel all round four sides and Make Butterfy Support
- Sometimes, it will enhance the firm foam around the sides too .
The Last Step: Mattress Pocket Spring Packaging .
There are two standard ways to pack the Mattress Pocket Spring for exporting .
- For Bordering Mattress Pocket Spring, it is compression and packed in a tray ( there are 8-25 pcs per tray )
2. For no boarder Pocket Spring, it is Compression and Roll up packaging . The Steel Used in the mattress must be good enough . Otherwise , it can’t be recovered
3. At Last , it need a fork lift to load the Container. It is in bigh package and heavy .
